Looks like Othello Partners is starting the process for another building. “Land Use Application to allow a 6-story building containing 17,700 sq. ft. of retail at ground level and 370 residential units above. Parking for 372 vehicles to be provided below grade. Project includes 52,000 cu. yds. of grading. ALL works includes 52,000 cu. yds.
