At any rate, while shopping at Safeway yesterday I found out that the construction has been delayed until April. Rumor has it that it comes down to a money [...] Early Tuesday morning an officer came accross a reported stolen vehicle on the 4400 block of Kenyon st. Upon radioing it in he noticed someone moving behind his cruiser, whenh got out to investigate the officer recognized the man as Clemmons. The suspect fled, the officer fired shots mortally wounding Clemmons who later died. Good [...] More to follow but here is the front. Improvements to include: I noticed this yesterday. Seems like they weren’t setup correctly for daylight saving time. King 5 reported two separate accidents this weekend involving the Link. Both were caused by drivers making left turns into the tracks. More info can be found on King 5′s site. Seattle is replacing a bunch of street signs and selling off the old ones. I’ll be going to buy th s Brighton sign, we’ll see if it’s still available. Construction, or rather deconstruction started this morning on the “right turn only” intersection of 44th and S Holly. Workers told me that it’s going to be removed now and in 2010 a normal traffic circle is going to be built. The removal will leave a temporary circle in place. This now opens up Holly st [...] |
