Not trying to sound like a major downer, but with the closing of two restaurants in Columbia City (via RVPost) I have to ask the question. While the economy is still suffering, are there any budding entrepreneurs out there to move into the two new vacancies?

Found this kind of interesting. It was created by WSDOT, so I can only assume it uses quality data and not something made up to make the Viaduct look worse than it is.

Windows 7 Launch

Not that it has anything to do with Brighton, I’m just excited to see 7 make it out the door. Professionally, I love it and I’ve been running it since the RC. Though don’t except any changes to brightonupyourday.com, that baby runs on Linux.

Seattle replacing street signs

Seattle is replacing a bunch of street signs and selling off the old ones. I’ll be going to buy th s Brighton sign, we’ll see if it’s still available.
