Looks like the neighborhood rabbits are back this year. I first remember awning the around the 8 stop a few years back. I’ve seen a ton of these little flags around. It was a rainy morning for a run. Lots of folks showed up in costume, though I didn’t hang around for the “best dresses” contest. Just a few pics from of the chaos. Tons of fun though, food samples, and a band. .gov has just released the results from the Neighborhood Planning survey they sent out a while ago. Nothing overly surprising, crime sucks, people are poor, etc. PDF can be found here. Caught by the tail feathers the beautiful but very noisy pheasant was humanly caught as it attempted to jump a wooden fence.
