Rain City: Reopening? New owners?

There has been some recent movements in and around the old Rain City Cafe on the corner of S. Holly and MLK. A clean up of the weeds along the left hand side and what appears to be interior cleaning as well. A ‘SOLD’ sign hasn’t been posted but the activity is encouraging.
